Seating at Terminal 5 – New York, NY
Terminal 5 is a three-floor general admission music venue in Hell's Kitchen, Manhattan, with a total standing capacity of approximately 3,000 guests.
Floor Levels
- Main Floor (Ground Level): The largest space, closest to the stage — ideal for an immersive concert experience. We recommend arriving early to claim a good spot.
- Second Floor Balcony: Elevated open balcony offering excellent sight lines over the main floor and stage. Some limited rail-side seating chairs are available.
- Third Floor Balcony: Similar to the second floor but higher up — great for fans who prefer more space and a bird's-eye view of the show.
- Rooftop Bar: Open on most nights for drinks before or between sets. Not a viewing area for the main stage.
Best Areas
- Best for energy: Main floor, center-front — arrive early for rail spots.
- Best for views with comfort: Second or third floor balcony rails.
- Avoid: Far back of the main floor during sold-out shows — sight lines can be obstructed.
All shows are general admission standing unless otherwise noted. There is no traditional reserved seating.
Parking Near Terminal 5 – New York, NY
Terminal 5 does not operate its own parking. The venue is located at 610 West 56th Street in Hell's Kitchen, and we strongly recommend using public transit when possible.
Public Transit
- Subway: 59th Street–Columbus Circle Station (A/C/B/D/1 trains) — approximately 10-minute walk.
- Bus: M5, M7, M10, M12, M20, M104, and BxM2 all serve the area.

Rideshare
We recommend Lyft or Uber drop-off/pickup along W. 57th St near 11th Ave. After the show, walk a block from the venue for quicker rideshare pickup.
Tip: Book parking in advance through SpotHero or ParkWhiz for the best rates. Street parking in Midtown West is very limited.
